About the company
Founded in 1997, vTuner.com is a New York based company that creates software enabling Internet users to
easily access media content from around the world. The company has compiled thousands of television and
radio stations that broadcast live over the Internet from more than 100 countries. Additionally, vTuner.com
offers hundreds of live events monthly. The product was met with enthusiasm from the media, industry and the
company's consumer base leading to an invaluable relationship with RealNetworks.
The founding team of vTuner.com realized the need for a product that would unite Internet
radio and TV broadcast, putting access at the user's finger tips. The idea of vTuner was born.

The founders
Peter Johnson - Chief Strategy Officer, Founder
Peter, vTuner's Founder and the inspiration behind vTuner, comes to vTuner from Q2II, a software development
company. In his role as an application developer, he was responsible for design, development and testing of
Windows Internet applications for the business-to-business services of Q2II's corporate clients.
Previously, Peter was employed as a Windows Internet Developer for PsiNet, the global Internet Protocol data
communications carrier. There, he managed Windows versions of the Pipeline application for approximately
80,000 Internet users and was responsible for the full cycle of upgrades of the Pipeline interface.
Peter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics from the
University of Miami.
David Litt - Chief Operations Officer, Founder
David, vTuner's Founder provides the business development and content development support for vTuner.com.
Prior to joining vTuner, David was employed in the InterCapital division of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as
a Systems Accountant. In this capacity, he was responsible for producing both internal financial
statements through Hyperion Enterprise and the yearly InterCapital Budget for senior management.
David is a graduate of the State University of New York where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in

Harry Johnson - President, Founder
Harry, vTuner's founder provides the operations, marketing and sales support for vTuner.com. Harry brings
strong experience in project management and business development for software and engineering consulting
firms, as well as technical expertise and exacting standards from his engineering background in the nuclear
industry
Harry was awarded a degree of Mechanics Engineer and a Master of Science degree from Columbia University and
a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Miami. He also serves as president of
Programmatic Solutions, Inc., a company he founded in 1994 to provide technical consulting services to the
electric utility industry.
Donald Rutherford - Director of Administration
Don provides the project management and administrative support for vTuner.com. Prior to joining vTuner, Don
founded and managed a European software and engineering consulting firm.
Don received a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of
Technology. He is also a partner in Programmatic Solutions, Inc.
Phil Paolella - Chief Technology Officer
Phil provides technology vision and direction for software development and technology operations at vTuner.
Previously, Phil was Director of Software Development at theglobe.com - the number one visited community site
on the Internet. At theglobe.com, Phil was responsible for interpreting strategy from senior executives and
directing a staff of over 20 high powered Oracle and C++ programmers. Prior to that, Phil was a Senior
Programming Lead at Oracle Corporation.
Phil began his Internet career at Pipeline in 1995. Phil was employed as a Unix Internet Developer for
PSINet, the global Internet Protocol data communications carrier. There, he managed server side versions of
the Pipeline application for approximately 80,000 Internet users and was responsible for the full cycle of
upgrades for the system of over 40 Unix servers that comprised the Pipeline backend.
