Player Download and Configuration
vTuner organizes hundreds of radio stations, but vTuner needs a player such as
RealPlayer to decode the actual broadcasts.
The Player tab (from the Options Menu) allows you to visit RealNetworks web site and download the latest RealPlayer.
Use the 'Test RealPlayer' button to see if RealPlayer is working properly in your computer
after downloading.
Make sure that RealPlayer is the default for RealMedia files. Programs
like the Windows Media Player can take over these extensions.
In RealPlayer:
- Select the View menu
- Select Preferences
- Select the Upgrade Tab
- Check the 'Always play RealNetwork's Media with RealPlayer' check box.
- Click 'OK'
